The Road Map for 100% Wind and Solar by 2025

Aema CEO Daniel Westerman has said many occasions, there's going to be enough wind and solar in the system to be able to match demand. But it seems the road map talks also about the need for sort of 40 synchronous condenses which could be battery storage or good forming inverters. That sounds like a lot of hardware that needs to be put into the grid before we actually reach that moment where we can go 100% renewables.
