The Mind's Consciousness

There's no sense at this stage that the mind can be tricking itself. It feels guilty and shameful when it doesn't follow along with the herd. There is actually a pride in conformity here. The military will try to instil that in you through boot camp and so forth. Here the mind is confused and threatened by different perspectives, diversity, complexity, paradox and multiculturalism.
