For me the Zen moment was accepting my co-founders for who they are and not expecting them to change. When I focused on the things I wanted to change about them It's just a recipe for frustration. And it's true of like relationship with your partner or friends or anything. If you're happy today and nothing changes, then you should work to change things. You have to decide is this someone I want to work with and is it someone I'm willing to work with if they don't change? That has been pretty profound.
