What's the Key Domino in Civilla?
The form is like a proxy for a lot of other system behavior. We have a simple rule, there's no power point in civilla. And so with that constraint, when the leaders from the state of michigan came, we walk them into an omersive experience of what it is like to navigate this. They had never seen it through the eyes of both the end user and their front line team. So we decided, if we could make headway there, werk also going to understand this system in a way that we hadn't to day.
