Mortgage don't master mind. But if the borrower has been pursued and has not started a payment plan, you really got to cover your basis for the worst case going through that foreclosure process. I'm currently doing a case study of a portfolio that i'm actively managing. And when we get to selling these loans, which in january, we're going to sell the loans that haven't resolved yet.
