Shopify - What's the Hardest Thing?
Initially, Shopify didn't want to build its own warehouses. The business model that we are using is different than Amazon. We don't think we need to own everything ourselves. Not every partner warehouse was very good. Some of the warehouses were just not hitting a quality control standard.
