X-Men Origins Wolverine

Wolverine's background and his origin is the source of so much trauma and pain, right? Like, you can't look into his mind and you just see these flashes of him in a tank. And he's getting fucked on and used by the military to do like heinous war crimes. So it kinda undercuts the rest of his whole arc. They couldn't commit to him being actually dark. They just wanted a superficial. Exactly. That's why my favorite lines in the whole movie are "You're gonna have to deal with that"
