The Psychotechnology of Sovereignty
David Wheeler: The concept of sovereignty becomes an interesting thing to spend some time on. He says it's sometimes quite challenging to take a look at what is not changing across these different experiments. Wheeler: One example might be I have a deeply, deeply tied, like limbic system level connection to some aspect of that thing. And so my pre-cognitive processing is actually already rejecting the analysis of that on the basis of an actual fear of version response.
