A lot of the platform engineering stuff is very catalog, catalog, catalog focused because they're trying to restrict choice. What you want to do in that case is not disrupt the app dev teams, but remove or it really has to be improved their infrastructure controls. So your classes point about thinking of these teams as customers. It's also giving them a little bit. And here's to me, this is what you're talking about. But that just doesn't work.
