Cognitive ease things that we can understand or read easily we believe more likely to be true now it's interesting also this isn't really the topic of this book but we will be talking about other parts of educational psychology and cognitive issues. If something is harder to do in some such way we're actually more likely to remember it so if you were thinking oh that's good i'm going to write everything big and bold and clear so that for instance all my students will believe everything i say well unfortunately they also won’t remember anything you say so if you want them to remember things better you need to write things smaller and less clear so they have to squint their eyes and focus really
