Using Tai Chi to Balance the Fight-or-Flight Response

The goal of Tai Chi, in my opinion, at least the path to it is called Zhong Ding. It usually means something like equanimity. So we're teaching our nervous system to react with equanimity with release. And that's when you can do that, you feel alien to the non-Tai chi creature human,. When they touch you, it feels bizarre because they've never felt anything like that in their life.
