I love the idea of in older age, it being a combination of perhaps the signal needs to be more reliable. Seeing suicidality and depression through a lens of signaling, there is something going on. I don't know if I would think that a 45 year old man would be more vulnerable than a 16 year old girl. But I just, this conception is very, very fascinating and I think hopefully should help people to feel a little bit less personally cursed.
