There's a lot of money out there just sitting around on the end users. Databases are built just like Google's building a database about you. Criminals are keeping every information they can about you in order to maybe exploit it in the future. Anything that's broken into hashed passwords, lists of your passwords is sold on the Black Market. Everyone's selling it and selling that information, selling bulk information.

Chris Tarbell is a former FBI Agent specializing in cyber investigations. While at the FBI, Chris led some of the most high-profile cybercrime investigations in the world, including the arrest of members of the hacker group LulzSec, as well as the founder of the Silk Road, Ross Ulbricht, which resulted in the largest seizure of bitcoins to date.
