Pastors Are Not Reliant on the Income Coming From the Church

The pastor is not really the leader, but he's a politician who has to get the votes and get 51 % majority vote. So yes, that whole thing comes up. And again, i want to be fair, some of that is very self imposed. Some of that come yet directly from pastors where we think too that maybe it flows out of a place of people pleasing um or the need to be liked. But what you see in your network and in your coaching is this really helps the pastor be healthy,. therefore the church be healthy.
