Nissar Gajatam said, I heard what my guru said, and it's very important. He told him, the simple direct instruction. Your practice is to focus on the I am. Just stay with the sense of your own existence. And so for months and years afterwards, he says, my main practice could be to stay with thesense of my own existence,. Sometimes for hours together, I would just sit with that. Now, it will make sense.
