There are instances in the animal kingdom of animals being able to regrow body parts. A de octopus can change color three times a minute when it's moving, which is astonishing. They do it all by using tiny muscles in the skin that control chromatophores. And they have evolved to mimic common patterns in their environment.
Madeleine Finlay speaks to science correspondent Nicola Davis about why octopuses are more similar to us humans than we might believe.
