I feel like there are health hacks, I guess, quote unquote, that I've tried out. And I don't think there's anything inherently bad about any of them. You can use these as little tools that you put in your toolbell. If you need to use one at a certain time in your life, great. Use it and see if it works out for you best. There's so many different things that go into it. So what you do will never work for somebody else, exactly.
