The first 20 minutes of the movie are pretty efficient and slick. They do it most of your voice over. There's a scene where he's like, come on, video diary, video diary. It also keeps you in touch with yourself. Like they're trying to justify in the universe why he would need to do this every day. The first 40 minutes of this movie are not elegant at all. But it means that Jurassic Park has them watching a movie about how Jurassic Park works.
