It's all about managing complexityi so when i say smartest I don't mean just like i c smart, but also e smart. The ling is about understanding the complexity of the problem ahead of you and reducing it to its essentials. Having a frictionful or dis functional relationship between canprodic leaders and engineering leaders ike just slows down a company.
