Self-Publishing - What Scares You Most About Publishing Your Own Stuff?

But a first question, how have you gotten over the hurdle of not feeling like enough of an expert to self publish something people will find valuable? Ithink what scares everybody is releasing the book and then nobody buys it. Ah, simple as that.
