The patient arrived with the EHS team. He was a liver at GCS 15, and you could see blood from his mouth and then blood dripping down from his anterior neck. No bubbles to see, but that's the scenario. The big thing from it, and it's a bit of a pet peeve that I have, is that a penetrating neck injury from an airway point of view can be very dangerous.
