You Don't Report to Me, You're Not Reporting to Me

i don't know how you navigate things differently when there's a in a power dynamic there with friendship, or if that'sr where you draw your lines. I've struggled with what that line is - i think there's ome very obvious lines that any company should have for any employees. Just like, just like, where i feel comfortable is something that i've Struggled with as i've gotten into more management rolls. It's just, like, i feel uncomfortable revealing more personal stuff about myself directly and one on one to people who report to me. But having friends at work actually is really good because it gives you the chance to get to know each other better.
