Marketing for Bitcoin was designed to appeal to the fear that we have of being left behind. The explosion of crypto comes from a generation who are going to struggle to get on the property ladder, things have become more expensive and wages have stagnated. They saw crypto as an opportunity to not necessarily gain the system, but to find a way around those problems. We're social creatures. It's very difficult for people to separate those two when marketing is designed to exploit that. I actually think it's incredibly important that most people broadly do what they're told.
