The Third Block, Overwhelmed

Bryan stevenson: The word that i love is getting proximate with suffering. More closein we get to what's going on for people, the more we'll naturally care. And when we start opening, we can easily swing to being over associated or overwhelmed. It's not so easy to turn way from the horrors of the world. If we're caught in doomed scrawling, or if we're en in a panic or rage or powerless or tromatize, that is more suffering. Tcause our shared awareness has space, has heart space for what's here. We can't do it alone.
