Loomine Group, a group of Constellation software has spun off and now began trading on the TSX Venture called Loomine which is under ticker L-M-N dot V. The shareholders of Constellation received three Loomine shares for every CSU share held. This represents Cibana, $4.2 billion in market cap company, which is quite significant. But what do they do? It is a perfect comp to Eng House, who used to talk about Canadian telco type software until he realized it was much better than that.
