Mentorship and Reverse Mentorship

How can companies better promote mentorship within an organization? Because if we just talk about it, that's col to talk about. So i think the first key is to be absolutely authentic about this is our brand. This is who we are,. And maybe these other audiences been cut out. I think folks are now trying to fix 350 of problems. That's not realistic, and i think books don't expect that either. Bu real progress goes at a slow and steady and authentic pace.
