Is Moxie a Good Idea?

Simon Morden talks to Mark Seifah, author of Mars the Red Planet. He says we could one day tear a full Mars out and make it more Earth-like. The problem is that there isn't enough materials to make a significant difference. If we wanted to do something like that, we'd have to create those things that aren't there or taking them there sounds to be an enormous great task.
