Did the US Military Just Want to Kill Iraqis?

Most people were somewhere in the middle doing their job and just finding a way to get through the day. Did you find though that these super end of the spectrum cycles, they just want to kill Iraqis that they find a safe haven in the army? No. Like they got found out pretty quickly and you know, we're shown the door eventually. It's not like what is wanted by the US military. It's simply something that did exist in small numbers.
