With syria, it was more kind of the principle of the matter. With russia, a lot of this is about indian interest. And in india's mind, part of what that does is it makes the path to dialogue more difficult. So with russia, i think it's much more parochial. It's much more about india's interests with russia,. which was really the case with the syrian situation. The principal part of it is that india, asa, you know, a post colonial country that has been sanctioned itself, sees most sanction as if it could happen to us to morrow. That's another reason it doesn't like unilateral
