The Subliminal Billboards Game Review
One player is playing as the recruiter, definitely not the gay and anotamea. The other players play as rogue agents trying to stop the recruiter from recruiting potential spies. They move in secret patterns that the others playes can't see on a board behind a screen. Each space has like two different features - they're called subliminal billboards.
