How Much Is Your Pit Stock Crew Training?

Most of the training does come in as muscle memory. We will train at a circuit Thursday to Sunday, but then pre-season we're training in the pit stops every day. And if there is an issue, we stop and assess it. So we've worked out whether it was a mechanical fault or whether it was an operational fault - which is an issue with one of the people. Once we've workedout, then we can obviously work out who needs to look into it.
