Freeing Your Time

There's a danger that you stick a childintoin into an intervention, and you don't have the time to see if it's actually having an impact. Some children can sit in interventions for 12 weeks and it has absolutely no impact on that child. So i think the guiding principles are freeing your time up and using it more directly. If we happeneg to think about stuff that other people have thought about for us, such as planning a really well planned sequence of subjects. That frees you up to think about other things,. like I say, all to make sure all pupils are at tening well
