The Face of Everything

There are a lot of people in the industry who have scaled businesses and ther're still the face of it. A lot of times those faces kind of wan to be in the background. And sometimes thereis survivorship bias whet it comes to that. We've also done is like recognize our strivens and also what we enjoy. It was things like this, wes, just recognizing one another's skills and strength.
