The law intended to protect the disabled person actually puts a little bit of weight on the side. Even if you were to imagine a legal system that's composed entirely of reasonable people, it still costs you in time and money to defend yourself against this accusation. The one example that fascinates me the most in the last couple of years is this business about payday lending.
