Are You a Sovereign Citizen?

There are people who believe that they are sovereign citizens, which is to say they are not legally bound to the government of the United States for various reasons. And so in other words, they think that they reside in the U.S., but they remain a sovereign nation unto themselves. They kind of have this notion of engaging in diplomacy, right? Where if, if they do, if they say the wrong thing, they will accidentally subject themselves to the jurisdiction of theUnited States. But there's also a law that prevents you from falsifying your tax returns and got a lot of people arrested and convicted.
