The invitation went to the good and the bad alike. It is not based upon your morality. What is? It based upon faith in christ, jesus. All people are dead in trespasses and sins, they're dead, but they somehow cover their own eyes. And why would god need to take the eyes away from people who are already corpsed like deadi imagine you go to a cemetery. In order for us to insure that the corpses remain in their grave, we've got to put blindfolds and ear plugs on them. But again, this is not taught in scripture, as far as i can tell.
