I think the way most of us experience spirituality is purely material to be honest especially as in my own experience trying to be a spiritual seeker for years. I always just call it thinking of god when I get that like full relaxation into or however you define it. It's that pure love feeling that thing that we're always chasing for in the things that can't ever give it to us in a lasting way That's what ash driving both material or spiritual but I was gonna say either material or spiritual he says.
