How to Play Kick Drums?

i like to play pads or just keys on a middy keyboard. I usually make my kick drums out of like a cynth. iv really wanted this to sound authentically old and authentically two step, rather than its beinga modern version of it. i wanted it to sound like a total throwback, like an ode to the genrans. Te tunes different though because this one is built around a loop. So this loop is from an old school garrage producer called jeremy sylvester,. He's an absolute geese. Is an ung sung hero, i would say.
