Is There a Selection Bias in Doax Patients?

It seems that based on this data, patients appear to have similar benefit from systemic thrombolitis and no increased risk of death or disability for those patients that are receiving doax. So it's really interesting considering the baseline differences in characteristics between groups. Patients who did have doax exposure were generally older and had more severe strokes at baseline.
