Every community health worker would get an app on a computer tablet so they could display educational videos and register every pregnant woman and newborn in the community. As soon as the pregnancy test came back positive, a whole plan would kick into place on behalf of the pregnant woman. Community health workers could also use the app to show expectant mothers helpful documents and informational videos. The last part of Magaliz idea included an educational component.
