How to Start a Proof of Value With an External Customer

Christian: Machine learning in many ways is part of our core product, right? So for us, the question is not so much if we want to use machine learning and who's the line of business that we could work with. But it's more about what advances in machine learning can we bring into our product to deliver value for our customers. Hannah: I would tend to answer by not starting with machine learning. Of course, there are several aspects about the machine learning that's crucial to have in mind from the beginning.
