Why Wouldn't a Moslem Community Excise a Woman?

It sounds to me like if a woman wanted to initiate a divorce, then she would just be excised from that moslem community. But in in the us, what she can do as she can. The moslem wife can go to court and she can take half more of the guy's wealth. He can take custody. That's all violations of islamic law. So focus marriage thing. Couldn't you enshrine this in a legal clause? Why couldn't you just get a punuptial agreement if there'something you feel so strongly about?"
