Car Thefts in San Francisco

Catherine's truck was stolen on the fifteenth, as neighbors were walking to mass. The cab was filled with trash, clothing and luggage. It appears some one was living in it. We're becoming convinced that our government has declared war on its tax paying middle class. This won't end well.
