Lenna Cohen's Hallelujah
Lenna Cohen was one of your sort of folk heroes, when you moved to Montreal in 1981. He's from a generation very much in the shadow of the Holocaust and then being Montreal Jewish. His song Hallelujah is straight out of the Jewish tradition: "Even though it all went wrong, I'll stand before the Lord in song with nothing on my lips"
