The Role of Gut Microbiomes in Life

Microbes are also the ones that kind of close the circle so whenever we or this giraffe dies you'll see that its remains are then recycled back into the basic building blocks and then returned to nature again. We've evolved to rely on them and in turn they rely on us. As ever more research needed especially because gut microbiomes are well worth looking after. An imbalance gut can mean we struggle to regulate our blood sugar, store fat and even fight off disease.We can look after it by taking pro or prebiotics and eating high fibre foods.
