Next question is, how can i better lead, slash serve, my family, wife and kids? And feel like there's a couple of questions combined here. Leadership really is just serving others, not even in a family context. The further up you go in leadership, the more it's about selfless service and less it's about you. So i feel like f all the people i can help, the ones that i really need to shine a spotlight on every single day are the ones who live under my roof.
