'I Don't Want to Kill You Fellow'

Jimmy Hollis, who was 25 years old and his girlfriend, Mary Jean Larry, who was 19, go out on a Friday night to see a movie. They'd been there for about 10 minutes when a man approached their vehicle on the driver's side and shown a flashlight through the window. The light may have prevented Jimmy from seeing the person because he immediately said that the man had the wrong guides possible. At this point, the man struck him in the head twice with a pistol with such force that his skull was actually fractured. He took his gun and sexually assaulted her with the barrel.
