The content of the rules is the what. Objectivity also turns on how a legal system does what it does, how it enacts its rules? How does it choose them? And again, this brings us back to function. It's not the sexy stuff, but the date doke. But by that, i really mean the authority of law. What gives the government the power in the first place? What is its reason for being?
