Stuff like good quality tack might get a slight boost on evaluation perspective as people start to look at discounting these very long cash floes with a lower yield. That is not the case for small cap us. Stocks need earnings. They need a strong economic cycle to thrive. And right now they're going to get the exact opposite of that, if i am right.
