How to Build a Bot Framework for Microsoft

Microsoft is working on a bot framework for C Sharp and no JS bots. One thing that surprised me, I did not see coming at all, was a Bluetooth on Windows. It's such a nice thin layer on top of the Windows APIs that you'd never see. The performance is apparently right up there with a native Linux machine,. That's really awesome.
